Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Costumes

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our costumes are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your costume + the time taken for the tailor made custome to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 7-10 working days to tailor your costume by professional tailor. Shipping time ranges from 3-7 working days - DHL/FedEX/UPS/EMS (USA and worldwide). The exact shipping time varies according to the country you live in and the shipping method you choose. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel.

Order Cancellations 

All costumes ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.
