If you don't receive your items or the items you bought don't match the description, you can request a refund from Xcoos, or we can resend you a new one for free.

Defective items, items damaged during the transit, and incorrect items received, we will make a new one for free, or you can ask for a full refund via PayPal. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

2. 30 Days Money Back Guarantee

If you don't receive your items within 30 days after shippment, you should email us and we will provide you the updates on the delivery of your item, tracking information, or a full refund via PayPal.

If the goods are found serious quality problem, please send it back to us within 30 days after you recive the package, we'll replace goods in time as soon as we receive them.
