Q2. How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?

Refer to our ‘Measurement Guide’ and you can’t go wrong. Our in-house tailors will also double-check all measurements submitted, so if something doesn’t look right, we’ll email you and let you know. We guarantee we’ll get a fit that makes you look your best.

Q4. Can I make any changes after I have already submitted?

Yes, you can update the size after submitting. But if you have an order already placed, please let us know within 24 hours to get those changes processed. 

Q5. Can you guys make clothes for bigger guys?

We can make custom tailored sizes up to a chest size of 170cm (67 inches). There is an additional charge of 20% the item price for sizes with a corresponding weight exceeding 120kg (264lbs). This allows us to maintain the most competitive prices for all of our customers.

Q6. Which payment terms can you accept?

We use PayPal as a payment system. Your secure shopping is 100% guaranteed. You can pay by major credit cards such as VISA, Master and Amex even if you don't own PayPal account. If PayPal won't accept your credit cards, make a call or email to their Help Center.

Q7. Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide, delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose UPS takes around 7 working days, priority mail takes around 10 working days, airmail takes around 4 weeks .If you have a close deadline, please contact us and we might able to arrange faster shipping.
