Belt and cuff are foamy stuff. Boot toppers are sewn onto pants. I bought size small - I’m 5’1”, and wish the pants and the top were LONGER! I can make them work, but if you’re tall, it might not work for you. I’ll probably wear regular knee high boots and might remove the boot toppers completely. It does look pretty good all put together.
Great costume
Great costume, looked at many versions and styles for Wonder Women and this one is super nice for a one piece design with side zipper and shorts underneath. I am 5'5, 112 lbs and 7.5 shoe size. I purchased the XS and it does fit well, only dissapointment is the boot covers. I have 13 inch calves and the covers fit almost tight, also very difficult to put feet through, maybe they were cut too small and not sure if they will all be that way. All in all, the costume seems to be pretty well made though especially compared to searching Halloween

Top fits fine but skirt is a little short would prefer to buy one size up for the costume since the top is a corset top
